What does Xero reporting cost?
Reporting is included in every Pack. A fixed monthly fee priced by your team size, starting at $900 and stepping up by staff band. The monthly P&L and Plain English Report come standard, not as a separate "report preparation" fee.
What's a Plain English Report?
A two-paragraph summary that sits on top of your monthly P&L. It says what happened this month, what it means, and what to watch, in normal language. No jargon, no 47-page PDF, no "refer to appendix C."
What reports do I actually get?
A monthly profit and loss, the Plain English summary, and month-on-month and year-on-year context. We surface the numbers that move your business and leave out the noise. If you want a specific report, tell us and we'll build it in.

Can I get reports more often than monthly?
The standard rhythm is monthly, which suits most businesses. If you want a weekly cashflow view on top, that's part of our payables and cashflow service. We can talk through what makes sense for you.
Do the reports work if my books are a mess?
A report's only as good as the books under it. If your Xero needs cleaning up first, we'll flag it and quote the cleanup, then the reports are built on numbers you can trust.
How quickly can you start?
